The Transportation Committee serves as an advisory group to the Board of Supervisors and is responsible by reviewing, commenting on and recommending new and/or modifications to existing policy related to:
Standards for road design and construction, road capacity, traffic modeling, and related drainage facilities
Maintained public road system
County service areas (CSAs) and permanent road divisions (PRDs)
The regional transportation plan
The traffic mitigation fee program
The Transportation Committee is comprised of two members of the Board of Supervisors.
