Public Participation Procedures during COVID-19

  1. In order to protect public health and the safety of our Tuolumne County citizens, this Board of Supervisors Meeting will be physically closed to the public. During the Board meeting, citizens who wish to comment should be prepared to use our call in line at (209) 533-6581 to queue for verbal public comment. 

    Public Comment will be opened and closed individually for each agenda item listed below. If you wish to comment on a specific item, please call in when the Board Clerk has read the item, the Chair will ask if there are any comments from the public at that time and your call will be taken in the order it is received. The public comment time limit on each item is set for 3 minutes per speaker. The time limit does not apply to staff.

    You also may submit written comments by U.S. mail at the above address or email for retention as part of the administrative record, they will not be read during the meeting. Comments must be received by the Board Clerk no later than 8:00 a.m. on the morning of the noticed meeting. To submit written comments by email, please forward them to Christina Cunha, Deputy Clerk of the Board.
