Public Participation Procedures during COVID-19

  1. In order to protect the health and safety of our Tuolumne County citizens, this Board meeting is open to the public with modifications. capacity is limited to 50 people including Board Members and staff. Face coverings and physical distancing of 6 feet will be required. 

    Public Comment:

    During the Board meeting, citizens physically present who wish to provide public comment will be invited to do so by the Board Chair. 
    During the Board meetings, citizens who wish to comment should be prepared to use our call-in line at (209) 533-6581 to queue for verbal public comment. Public Comment will be opened and closed individually for each agenda item listed below.
    If you wish to comment on a specific item, please call in when the Board Clerk has read the item. The Chair will ask if there are any comments from the public and at that time your call will be taken in the order it is received. The public comment time limit on each item is set for 3 minutes per speaker.
    The time limit does not apply to staff.
