During your 30 day hiring window, you also have the opportunity to add supplemental life insurance for yourself, spouse, and dependents. Supplemental life insurance is guarantee issue upon hire up to the limits listed below. If you choose to obtain supplemental life insurance outside of your 30 day hiring window, you will be required to go through the Evidence of Insurability process with Mutual of Omaha and your enrollment will be pending their approval.
