The County of Tuolumne has a rent control ordinance which regulates rent increases in mobilehome parks within the County. This ordinance is codified in Chapter 5.28 of the County Ordinance Code

If you believe there has been a violation to the Tuolumne County Mobilehome Rent Control Ordinance, please submit a completed Mobilehome Park Complaint Form to Rachel Bell at rbbell@co.tuolumne.ca.us

The County requires park owners/managers and all tenants and prospective tenants to sign a Tuolumne County Mobilehome Park Rent Control Ordinance Tenant Acknowledgement Form prior to entering into a new lease.
