Setup: - Set up on Friday, June 13, 2025, before 5:00 p.m. - Vendors must be ready by 7:00 a.m. on June 14; the gate closes at 8:00 a.m. sharp. Requirements: - Follow local County Codes and Ordinances. - Proof of insurance is required. - Food vendors need a Tuolumne County Temporary Food Permit (application attached). Fees: - Space: 10' x 10' (multiple spaces available). - Commercial vendors: $125.00, Non-profits: $75.00, Display Only: $0.00. - Trash service available for $50.00. (Must be bagged and sealed) Application: - Complete the Vendor Application and Participation Agreement. - Submit forms and payment by June 7, 2025 - Space assignments will be made upon arrival; however, we will try to accommodate your location preferences.
