Carl Moyer Grant Program

The Carl Moyer Program provides monetary grants to private companies and public agencies to clean up their heavy-duty engines beyond that which is required by law or regulation through repowering, replacing or retrofitting their engines, vehicles or equipment. Moyer grants also fund infrastructure projects to support California's transformation towards zero and near-zero emission technologies.


FARMER Grant Program

The California Air Resources Board awarded $135 million statewide to reduce emissions from the agricultural sector, which came to be known as the FARMER Program, The FARMER Program is supported by California Climate Investments, a statewide program that puts billions of Cap-and-Trade dollars to work reducing greenhouse gas emissions, strengthening the economy, and improving public health and the environment. 


Woodsmoke Reduction Grant Program

Eligible applicants can receive rebates to partially offset the cost of replacing and old, non-EPA certified wood stove or fireplace insert with a cleaner-burning stove, insert, LPG fireplace or heat pump.
