Copies of most property-related documents are available online for purchase and instant delivery by third-party vendors such as ParcelQuest. Use the following link to purchase non-certified copies of documents associated with a specific property or to search for individual documents by instrument/document number. Non-Certified vs. Certified Copies
Non-Certified Copies
- Non-certified copies do not contain the County Recorder’s seal or imprint and are not certified as being true and exact copies of the official record. Non-certified copies are believed to be representative of the original, but are not guaranteed to be so. They are sufficient for most general purposes, but may not be acceptable for use in some circumstances.
- Certified copies contain the County Recorder’s seal or imprint and are certified by the recorder as true and exact copies of the official record. Certified copies are only available directly from the County Recorder.
Document Copy Fees
Fees for documents ordered online from third-party vendors are set by the respective vendor and may be priced higher, or lower, than identical copies purchased directly from the County Recorder.
Document copies purchased directly from the County Recorder are priced as follows:
- $3.00 for the first page
- $1.00 for each additional page
- Plus a one-time certification fee of $1.00 per certified document
- All credit card payments will include a $6.00 charge
