Laws, Regulations and Rules

The Air District regulates stationary sources of air pollution by monitoring and enforcing federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. Permits are issued and inspections are completed to ensure that equipment and processes that have a potential to emit air contaminates comply with the required regulations.
