Effective Tuesday, October 1, 2019, the business hours for Twain Harte Branch will change from 1:00 PM through 5:00 PM to the new hours of 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM Tuesday through Thursday. The morning hours Friday and Saturday will remain the same, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
