The improvements include (1) rehabilitation of 0.6 mile of Buchanan Road beginning in Tuolumne at Carter Street; (2) reconstruction of 1.9 miles of Buchanan Road from Tuolumne to the Buchanan Mine Road (BMR) Bridge; and (3) removal and replacement of the BMR Bridge to the south of the existing bridge across the North Fork Tuolumne River.
