The County of Tuolumne, through the Probation Department, invites qualified persons and/or organizations to submit proposals to provide a Batterers’ Intervention Program, pursuant to Penal Code Sections 1203.097 and 1203.098 regulations and stipulations and certified by the Chief Probation Officer. The department requires a provider be able to operate both a Men’s and Women’s program. Seeking eligible individuals/providers to operate a 52 week Batterers’ Intervention Program which must be certified by the Chief Probation Officer and meet the requirements of Penal Code Section 1203.97 and 1203.98.
