Effective July 1, 2014, if you are on misdemeanor probation for a Driving Under the Influence conviction you will no longer be assigned to a Probation Technician for supervision. All current terms and conditions ordered continue to apply. However, your case has been reassigned to an administratively supervised banked caseload.
