About the Department


As part of County Administration, Human Resources administers recruitment, employee selection, salaries, benefits, classification plans and training. In addition, HR is responsible for labor relations and problem resolution processes for the County in accordance with governmental regulations and collective bargaining agreements. Human Resources is integrated with Risk Management.

Reporting to the County Administrator, Human Resources staff is responsible for the County's human resources, labor relations, organizational development, and risk managment programs.
